70s why not use moon shots of earth to help youth demand much more mutual understanding of each other cultures and most urgent challenges- for example if you are child born in the arctic circle your challenges (most important experiential learnings) are different than if you are born in a middle east desert- if you are born in detroit your are different than tokyo even as both places were car making capitals of the world in 1970's - if you are born in a village without access to electricity - which nearly half the world was at time of moon landing that's different than being born in a city where people could afford to spend most on energy (personal ownership of cars, wall to wall tv's fresh food flown in from all quarters of the world)
-ironically jack ma spent the 1970s teaching himself how to explore the world as well as english speaking - he was encouraged by teachers to do this who admitted that talking to tourists in his city the first one in china designated to welcome foreigners for 100 yeras (as there were no text books on these subjects)
